Formtek Metal Forming, Inc., a member of the Formtek Group of companies (which includes Cooper Weymouth-Peterson (CWP), B&K, Dahlstrom Industries, Hill Engineering, Iowa Precision Industries, Lockformer, Rowe, and Yoder) will showcase the 2DWR, a high speed drywall stud machine at the Fabtech 2003 show in Chicago.
The B&K 2DWR Supermill features:
• A standard production speed of 500 FPM with the capability of 800 FPM with minor modifications
• Material thickness range from .015” to .048”
• Web adjustment range from 1.625” to 8”
• Patented rotary punch and shear technology
• No tooling changeovers
• Width and gauge changeover in less than five minutes
