Itasca, Illinois (10/1/2004): The Formtek Group of companies which includes Cooper-Weymouth, Peterson (CWP), B&K, Dahlstrom, Engel, FMI, Hill Engineering, Iowa Precision Industries, Lockformer, Rowe, and Yoder announced twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, on-call technical support for CWP and Rowe machinery.

The intent of this service is to offer you, "our customer", the best possible 24/7 technical support for EMERGENCY needs outside of standard work hours.
We know many of our customers in the metal forming industry are running 24 hours a day and seven days a week. We know that breakdowns, technical issues, and concerns can occur at any time. We are here to respond.

Our technicians can be reached 24 hours a day "every day" by phone when calling our facility after normal operating hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) weekdays and on weekends. The technicians on call will return your call within the hour, if not immediately.
