B&K 2DWR-Plus Supermill® System utilizes our patented technology to provide the ability to produce a wide range of high quality steel framing components. And, the floor space required for this system is the lowest in the industry.

Web width and material thickness changeovers are made quickly without touching the roll tooling. Our patented system for gauge change adjusts the roll tooling both vertically and horizontally to fixed positions providing consistent roll clearances and the highest quality products. This system provides the ability to manually adjust the flange height of your track and stud products without tooling changeover. The maximum flange height capacity will be 2”.

The B&K 2DWR Supermill® system provides the line speed and flexibility necessary to satisfy customer demands and is now available with CE compliance for European customers.
